Fit4Teens is a structured fitness program created to support teenage physical development through engaging workouts and posture-focused training. The program combines fun, effective exercises with body alignment and specialized strength training tailored for teenagers. With many teens spending long hours sitting or using digital devices, issues like poor posture, weak core muscles, leg misalignment, and scoliosis can develop. Fit4Teens strengthens the core and back, improves alignment, supports healthy body weight, and teaches functional movement in a motivating, inclusive environment. Teens gain confidence and build lifelong habits that benefit both physical and mental well-being.
