Our Ballet for Teens programs build strength, flexibility, and grace while fostering confidence and artistic expression. Teens can choose from core ballet classes, Stage Classes, or Basics courses designed for newcomers. Classes are inclusive, adaptive, and scientifically designed to support growth, posture, and cognitive development through music and movement.
